IRBIS Games provides the IRBIS Sudoku service. Contact: support@irbissudoku.com. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
IRBIS Sudoku provides Sudoku puzzles, Daily puzzles, notes, hints, local progress and related information pages. Browser gameplay is free and has no first-party website payments. Features may differ by platform, version, country and store availability.
Permitted use
Use the service lawfully and for personal use. Do not disrupt it, bypass technical limits, seek unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
Local data and backups
Progress and settings are primarily local. The service does not promise cloud sync or backup. Clearing data, removing the app, changing devices or a system failure can cause progress loss.
IRBIS+ on iOS
When IRBIS+ is available on iOS, the App Store displays the current product names, periods and prices in the app. Apple charges payment. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings before the next charge. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription; an eligible purchase can be restored with Restore Purchases.
Android
On Android, Google Play displays product names, periods and current prices before purchase and processes payment. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in Google Play subscription settings before the next charge. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription; purchases are managed and restored through Google Play.
Cancellation, refunds and store terms
Subscriptions and refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made, subject to store rules and mandatory consumer rights. For iOS, use Apple Subscriptions or Report a Problem; unless a separate EULA is provided in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the iOS app. For Android, manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play subscription settings; refunds are considered under Google Play rules and applicable law.
Intellectual property
The IRBIS Sudoku name, design, text, artwork, software and other original content are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership.
Availability and liability
We aim to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of local progress or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, no additional warranties are given. Nothing excludes liability or user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Age, stores and changes
You must have legal capacity to use the service and make purchases; minors may need a legal representative’s permission. App Store and Google Play rules also apply. Updated Terms are posted here with a new date and material changes apply prospectively as required by law.
